  • Try not to think about food too much and keep distracting yourself. While taking a nap might be one of the best distractions, you can either read a book or play a game or even watch a movie. Once your brain is so engrossed in something, you often forget that you were hungry in the first place and it helps you a lot in your goal of weight loss.
  • Research about foods that can make you get a better control over your appetite. You might be wondering what does that mean, you’re trying to stay away from food but you now have to eat food in order to avoid food? Well, you do have to eat food in order to avoid eating more food. In easier words, you don’t get hungry and don’t want to devour things for quite a while, at least until your next meal time you are safe!
